• Personal Data: Name, Email Address, and WhatsApp Number.
• Usage Data: Your reading progress, check-in reflections, discussion board participation, and login frequency.
• Financial Data: Bank account details provided explicitly for Affiliate Withdrawals. (Note: We do NOT store your credit card information; all direct payments are securely offloaded to Paystack).

2. How We Use Your Information

We utilize your information exclusively for platform functionality, including:

• Managing your subscription and authenticating your account.
• Sending automated "Nudge" emails to remind you of uncompleted reading assignments.
• Generating your unique Affiliate Hub statistics.
• Displaying your name and avatar on the Member Roster, Leaderboards, and Discussion Boards.

3. Data Sharing and Security

Lectora strictly protects your privacy. We do not sell, rent, or lease your personal information to third parties. Your data is only shared with trusted third-party payment gateways (e.g., Paystack) solely for processing your deposits and subscriptions.

4. Browser-Based Functions (AI Narrator)

Lectora utilizes the native Web Speech API built into your browser to narrate books. Audio generation happens entirely locally on your device. We do not transmit audiobook data to arbitrary third-party cloud engines.

5. Cookies and Session Management

We use localized session cookies strictly to keep you logged in securely and to maintain your user session. We do not use aggressive tracking or advertising cookies.
